Where space is limited or the need for a private phone call is infrequent, the single hub can be an excellent addition to the open plan office.

The is enough space for a person to stand or sit on a stool whilst making a call in privacy without leaving the office.

Inside there is a small shelf, large enough to make notes, but small enough to not get in the way.  The person inside still has room to move around and not feel restricted.

Inside, the Chatbox acoustic pod has a fixed shelf to accommodate a laptop or notebook and both USB-C and USB-A ports along with a UK power socket.  There is also a silent ventilation fan to keep the climate inside as fresh as the office it is situated in.

Optional extras include a whiteboard to make notes and a TV bracket for a monitor or smart TV.

The internal dimensions of the Chatbox single is 2040 high, 980mm deep and 870mm wide.  This makes it ideal for the smaller office where space is a premium.

Chatbox Solo

If a little more space is needed or being sat down is preferred, this acoustic pod might be the perfect fit.

The Chatbox Solo is approximately 25% wider than the phone booth pod, making it suitable for using for longer periods.

This larger option had a larger desk shelf that can be used for either a laptop or use as a writing surface.  As with the Chatbox Phone Booth, there is also an option of a whiteboard and TV bracket.

Inside the pod, it has echo-free fabric to the walls and carpeting to the floor in order to create superior soundproofing.  It also gives a warm feel to the hub, meaning it is a pleasant environment for longer periods.

As with the smaller acoustic hub, there is a UK power socket, USB-C and USB-A ports to keep you connected whilst inside.  There is also a silent fan to make sure the air quality is as good as the office it is situated in.

Chatbox Duo

This double acoustic pod provides enough room for a couple of people.  It is ideal for one 2 one meetings where confidentiality matters or just a quiet space for an informal chat.

The door can be fitted with the handle on either side, so that when the pod is positioned, it works well with the office environment.  The doors and glass are manufactured from 8mm thick safety glass for great acoustic quality.

All acoustic pods are fitted with LED lighting, however the glass on either side also let light enter from the office or daylight outside.

There are no fittings such as shelves as standard inside the Chatbox Duo, because the pod has room for a couple of chairs or high stools and a small table.

Chatbox Quattro

The largest acoustic pod in the Chatbox range is the Quattro.  This is designed for up to 6 people to have meetings or a quiet breakout area.

The elegant grey interior walls, carpet and LED lighting make the Chatbox Quattro a luxurious place to meet with colleagues or chat to clients without outside office noise or distractions.

If the acoustic pod is to be used for meetings, a small table and chairs can easily fit into the space.  With correct furniture choices you can make the hub either luxurious, casual or a formal space.

The clean, black exterior is designed to blend into any open plan office space, however there are seven colour options that will make the acoustic pod fit in wherever it is required.

The Chatbox Quattro has a UK power socket, USB-C and USB-A ports as standard, therefore the pod could be used as a temporary office for auditors or occasional staff.

Open Plan Offices

Offices that are open plan have both benefits and drawbacks.  An acoustic pod can bridge that gap without the need for any building work.

Many office landlords will prevent the tenant from making any changes to the layout of an office, or force the tenant to return the office back to its original layout when they leave.  An acoustic pod is stand alone, therefore not interfering with the structure or internal layout.
