I needed hard to get American letter sized paper. Could not find it anywhere in London without waiting days for it to be ordered and with no guarantees. I phoned Octopus in Manchester and they not only had it in stock, they were able to send it out asap. It actually arrived the next day- a Saturday.
I could not have wished for better or more efficient service. This included the good feeling of speaking to the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people there. The best.

Tried to get some old Survey pads as I am old school and still do my surveys by hand (with a pencil) these guys had them in stock and wizzed them to me

Shopped online for Silvine A4 refill pads: cheapest were on Octopus Office - 6 x 160 page were cheaper than Amazon's best offer of 5 x 80 page. No contest.
Also next day delivery. Excellent.
