Meeting Room Table and Chairs

Trumpet Base Meeting Room Tables

You can see from the image where they get their name from!  The trumpet base round meeting tables are great for the small room where you might have up to 5 people for a meeting.

There are no table legs to get in the way, so if your chairs are the narrower type, you can often squeeze an extra person around a 1200mm diameter table.

Standard Meeting Room Table and Chairs

If you are looking for a simple circular meeting room table and chairs, our 4 legged tables are a great option.

They are very stable and have adjustable feet to help compensate for uneven floors.

There are lots of finishes to choose from meaning that something should fit in with your existing furniture or decor.  Various top colours including white, grey oak, beech or walnut are available.  There are always the trusty oak and beech too!

The choices don’t stop there, as the legs come in different finishes too.  Silver, Chrome, black or white.

Tilting Tables for Temporary Meeting Rooms

If you have a multi-use space where meetings are required less frequently or the room is used for other purposes, folding or tilting tables could be the option for you.

The deluxe flip tables can flip flipped (hence the name) and stored in a corner or even wheeled out of the room completely.

There are rectangular or semi-circular options in order to create the configuration that best suits your needs.  Again, there are many colour and finish options to choose from.

Meeting room tables and chairs that can be stored away when not used can free up space for other activities, meaning less overall office space is required.

Sizes and Shapes of Meeting Room Tables

Circular Meeting Tables

There are many sizes of tables for your meeting rooms and it is down to the size and shape of the room that often dictates what you need.

Circular is a great option of you want to sit next to one or two people and share information or look at a webcam.  3 people all looking at the same documents or images can be more difficult on a small square table.

A circular meeting room table and chairs can also tend to look more appealing in a small space, with no sharp corners to navigate.

Square Meeting Room Tables

Sometimes square meeting room tables are the best option.  They offer people their own bit of space, as you tend to keep in your section of the table.

Sizes range from 1000m square up to 1600mm.  The 1000mm tables will seat no more than 4 people, whilst the 1600mm tables can accommodate up to 12 people (at a push).

The smaller square meeting tables have various leg options such as trumpet base or tubular legs, whilst the larger tables are bench style tables.

Meeting Room Chairs

Everybody has a different idea of what a meeting room chair is.  Some people prefer a chair with 4 legs, whilst others like to sit on cantilever chairs (the ones with a tubular frame).  Others like to have swivel chairs, so that they can more around easier should they need to.

The style of the chairs for meetings also depends on the typical length of your meetings.  Are they a 10 minute chat person to person or are they an all day affair where people could be sat down for several hours.
