Personnel File – Best Seller

Our best selling personnel file is the Guildhall 211/1300Z yellow wallet.  It is printed on the front cover with all of the details that might be required by the HR department.  It has a 36mm capacity, which is enough for approximately 330 sheets of paper.

Personnel File – Colour Options

Another range of personnel record folders that we stock is the Computer Forms brand.  These are available in the traditional yellow colour PWY01, as well as pale green PWG01 and pale blue PWB01.  They expand to 30mm giving an estimated capacity of 300 pages.

Extra Capacity Personnel Wallet

If you require a personnel file with a larger capacity, the Computer Forms brand make a yellow file with extra capacity PWY02.  The PWY02 has a capacity of 50mm which is enough space for approximately 450 sheets of A4 paper.

Sigma Personnel File Folder

The Sigma personnel file is one of our most popular files that is designed specifically for use as an employee file.  It comes in 3 colours, those being blue, green and yellow and each colour comes in two capacities. The standard capacity is flat and will accept up to 30 pages, where as the 30mm capacity wallet will take up to 150 sheets.

Of course you don’t have to use a branded HR folder to store your employee’s personal details.  Many businesses use a standard file and customise it to their own specifications.

Document Wallet Personnel File

The humble document wallet is made from 285gsm card and has a pocket and a flap that folds over.  These are ideal for use as a personnel folder as they will hold up to 150 sheets of A4 paper and can fit neatly into a filing cabinet or in a desk filing drawer.

The standard document wallet is available in a good selection of colours, therefore if you categorize your employees, this may help.  This type of wallet comes in half flap of full flap versions, ideal if you want to put lots of information on the front flap.  Using this style of wallet eliminates the need to punch the papers.

Polypropylene Personnel Files

There is a range of plastic document wallets that can be used for HR records.  These generally would have a press stud fastener to keep documents secure.  Polypropylene folders tend to last longer than the card variety and can be wiped clean should they get dirty.  This makes them ideal in environments where files can get dirty, greasy or wet.

Flat Bar Files For Personnel

The flat bar file is a simple file that has a capacity of 200 sheets of A4 or foolscap paper.  It is made from strong 285gsm card and is available in a selection of colours.  They have a 2 piece clip to hold the papers and one the documents are punched and inserted, they are very secure.  If the personnel folders are transported then these files are ideal as the documents are fixed securely.
